She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick J. Corcoran and Nora Corcoran (Tuhey); her husband Joseph J. Dignan II; her daughter Colleen Marie Dignan; her daughter-in-law Donna Becker Dignan; and her sister Catherine A. Fowler.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph J. Dignan III of Red Bank, NJ, Patrick C. Dignan of Glen Ridge, NJ and Serena Dignan Fisher (Andrew) of Philadelphia, PA; her grandchildren, Justin P., Cameron B. Dignan and Michael Dignan Fisher; and her brothers, John P. Corcoran (Kathleen) of Barnegat, NJ and James P. Corcoran of Naples, FL..
