It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Higley Jr. of Lincroft, New Jersey, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fiancée Kathleen Biggins of Lincroft; his sister Carla Higley Mallm (Scott Mallm); his nieces, Tara Tiedemann and Amber Mallm; his nephew Tyler Mallm of Freehold; and his parents, John and Jessie Lemke Horne.
