He was predeceased by: his wife Jean F. Ray; his daughter Claire Lee Williams; and his siblings, Dolores A. White, Claire Ann Scovel and Richard Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene E. Ray, Jr. (Samira) of Freehold Township, Timothy J. Ray of Canton, GA and Jean B. Mooney (Billy) of New Egypt; his grandsons, John Ray, Tom Ray and Patrick Mooney; and his siblings, James Ray, Sr. of Dunedin, FL and Diane Dias of New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
