He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Siwek and Cecily Schinelli; his grandchildren, Brian Siwek (Maria), Nicole Siwek, Ian Schinelli and Cathleen Siwek; and his great grandchildren, Raegan Schinelli, Carter Siwek, Oliver Siwek and Shawny Stotler-Siwek.
