He is survived by: his brother Clifford; his wife Annette Maida-Smith of Wayne, NJ; his pet Chloe; his children, Daniel Smith (Kristen), Jill Russo (Dave), Becky Myers (Robert) and Janine Buchar (Rudy); his stepchildren, Dennis Maida, Patricia of Lincoln Park, NJ, Jonathan Maida, Kimberly of Goodyear, AZ and Nicole Maida of Wayne, NJ; his grandchildren, Teagan, Owen, Daniel Smith, Emily Rodgers (Andrew), Brooke Russo, Claire, Charles Myers, Meghan, Anna Maida, Joseph Rivera and Mackenzie Bosland; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Olivia Rodgers.
