She is survived by: her husband Donald Jacobsen; her children, Judy Barrett (late Paul), Patrick Clare (Ebonita) and Donald Jacobsen (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Megan, Colin, Julien, Kalel, Kalie, Holly and Hazel; her niece Rosalie Morrow; and her nephew Bruce Mack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
