He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his stepdaughters, Tiffani, Jamie, Stacy and Christa; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Jordyn, Jerica, Joshua, Jalynn, Joy, Jonathan, Emily and Layla. He is also survived by his wife, 3 daughters.
