He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor; his parents, Robert Hahn and Irene Hahn; and his siblings, Richard, Charles Hahn and Patricia Berto.

He is survived by: his daughters, Irenemarie Mancini (John) and Renee Kishko (Ronald); and his grandchildren, Gerard Paulov, Louis Kishko and Deanna Paulov (Terell Barnes).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph may be made to Tunnel to Tower and Wounded Warriors.
