He was predeceased by: his sister Loretta Battersby. He is survived by: his wife Christine O'Brien; his children, Dr. David James Oxley (Celia), Kevin Oxley (Rose) and Donna Viviani; and his siblings, George Oxley and Dorothy Wyckoff. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
