He is survived by: his wife Gail Bellias Carr; his children, Tommy Horton (Susan) and Catherine Reyes (Ray); his grandchildren, Matthew Horton, Valerie Horton and Erica Vega; his great grandchild Johnathan Olivero; and his mother-in-law Elaine Kovacevich. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
