He is survived by: his wife Donna M Anthony (Lamson); his children, Lisa Nettleship (Ray), Charles R. Anthony (Donna) and James Anthony; and his sisters, Amy Stadtmueller and Eleanor Hatzikalfas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
