With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Angelo S Shingelo of Leonia, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Angelo left this world on December 24, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shingelo and Amelia Shingelo (Sodano). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty"; his children, Stacy (Michael Galante) of Frelinghuysen Township and Marc (Leighann) of Ponder; his grandchildren, Carlie Shingelo, Megan and Katelyn Galante; his stepgrandchildren, Alexa Valerian and Steven Scholl; his sister Josephine Corbisiero; his niece Gina Mortman (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Carol (Thomas LaTorre). He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.

“Betty I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Angelo is now with my Anne who passed in May and I am sure they are having some old great Memories of all the dinners we went to for the past 40 years. We all had many many laughs and I Will always remember when the food was not Italian and Ang would say No I can't --I can't !!! And with great loves there are great losses, but the great Love stays within us and they are beautiful. And now with family support, we find our strenght, Love Ronald Catoggio”
