He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal D. Sr. Goff and Dorothy E. Foye Goff; and his siblings, Dorothy Eleanor Whilden and Neal D., Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley (Lee); his daughters, Marianne Robinson (James) and Christina Goff; his granddaughter Christy; his great grandchildren, Raelin and Bryce; and his brothers, Jay and George.
