He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hoffman and Rachel Pettit Hoffman; his wife Mildred Simpkins Hoffman; and his siblings, Robert, Warren, Wayne, Rachel and Florence.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Hoffman (Donna) of Millville and Lisa DiBiase (Anthony); his grandchildren, Tony DiBiase, Jr. (Emily), Kaitlyn and Kirsten Hoffman; and his friends, Jake, Marietta Zellers, Jack and Doris James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
