He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Gruff and Christine L. Klein; and his pets, Chloe and Rocky. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Gallina-Gruff; his daughter Kamila Brook; his brother James Gruff; his aunts and uncles, Joe Gruff (Linda), Maryanne Beggs, Nelson Klein, Jr. (Sandy) and Susan Klein-Craver; and his cousin Nick Klein. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
