It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Carter of Leesburg, New Jersey, born in Voorhees, New Jersey, who passed away on May 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne White Carter. He is survived by: his father Anthony Carter; his stepmother Alice Carter of Leesburg; his children, Garrett M. Carter and Ariana V. Carter; his grandparents, Joseph, Anna White, Harry and Gladys Carter; and his siblings, Stephanie Powers (Mickey), Tonya Jupin (Joe), Artie Green and Mike Jupin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
