He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Rafine and Mildred Buganski Rafine; and his wife Joan Royal Rafine. He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Rafine (Janet) and Kevin Rafine (Matt); his brother Marty Rafine (Jean); and his grandchildren, Greg, Brian and Jennifer.
