He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, John Gannon (Diane), Daniel Gannon (Vicki) and Catherine Gannon (Rich); his grandchildren, Tom O'Hern, Kelly Stritenberger, Ryan O'Neill and Danny O'Neill; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Cali, Archer, Addalynn and Laila; and his sister Catherine Schmitz.
