He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Addie Douglas, Luella Gilbert and John Douglas. He is survived by: his parents, Mona Gilbert and Gregory A. Gilbert; his sister Marcella Walgren; and his son Christopher Gilbert. He is also survived by three grandchildren, aunts and uncles, two nieces, cousins.
