With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Cooper of Lebanon, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mulligan and Helen Mulligan (Groth); and her husband James R. Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Lance Tong, Tara Puhlovsky (Santiago Hernan Puhlovsky), Hollington Tong, Keegon Tong, Darron Tong, Shannon Pipes (Kevin Pipes), Kerry Tong and Ryan Tong; her grandsons, Colin, Zachary and Jared; and her sisters, Helen Marion and Dawn Tucker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be in Patricia's memory to the ASPCA (http://www.aspca.org) or to a local animal shelter.
