He is survived by: his wife Joan Eacovalle (Lambert); his daughters, Amy Schroeter (Mattias), Erin Cookson (John) and Gina Evans (Joe); and his grandchildren, Kate, Caden Cookson, Ryan and Will Evans. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces/nephews.
