She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Horn and Miriam B. Horn (Dotterer); and her brothers, Edward A. Horn and Jerry L. Horn. She is survived by: her children, Deborah S. File (Robert) of Sanford, N. C., Brian C. Smith (Barbara) of Lebanon, N. J. and Charles D. Smith (Rhonda) of Colfax; her sister Evelyn B. Henderson (Jerry) of Jenks, Okla.; and her stepson Larry G. Vaughn (Patti) of Fishers. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren.
