We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2021, at the age of 76, Larue Edward Garey of Lebanon, New Jersey, born in Somerville, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Garey (Brown) and Wilson Garey; his stepparents, Bernice Garey and Melvin Engle; his siblings, Charlotte Pay, Arthur Garey, Duane Garey and Robert Garey; his granddaughter Madison Bush; and his stepbrother Melvin Engle.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Garey (Jones); his children, Samuel Bush (Erin Bush), Scott Garey (Amy Stewart), Susan Sklodowsky (Paul Sklodowsky) and Patti Hartman (Stephen Hartman); his grandchildren, Mary, Juli, Matthew, Christopher, Michael, Jessica, Jacob, Blair, Samuel, Nevin, Kadin, Ashlee, Kayla, Debra and Steven; his sister Fay Vergalito; and his stepbrother Robert Engle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Larue's name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
