She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Lisa Ann Fazio. She is survived by: her husband Michael T. Fazio; her parents, James F. Lackey and Roxanne Lackey (Bleacher); her father-in-law Ernest Fazio; her brother-in-law Nicholas Fazio; and her pet Smokey. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Murphy Funeral Home (616 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852).
