He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elder and Rose Marie Elder; and his brothers, James and Jack Elder. He is survived by: his wife Joan Elder; his children, James Elder (Alyson) and Catherine Elder (Lisa); his sister Audrey Paraskevas; and his grandchildren, Christopher Elder, Megan Hill (Jeffrey) and Brittany Friedel (Justin). He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandsons and many Nieces, Nephews, and dear friends.
