He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McDowell and Margaret McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his children, Erin, Kelly and Ryan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
