He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elva Hill and Joseph Allen McCarroll; his wife Chantal Gleanzer; his children, Monique Crossley (Leonard) of Danville, PA, Marcus McCarroll of Keene, NH, Marthe (late Eugene) and Marianne McCarroll-Powell (Dave Powell) of Stockton, CA; and his grandsons, Robert A. Spahr, Jr., Ryan P. Spahr, Peter L. Rusignuolo, Jacob W. Gendek, Samuel I. Gendek and Nicholas J. Gendek.
