He is survived by: his parents, George Augustyniak and Donna Stone Augustyniak; his son Christian Augustyniak; his sister Lindsay; his brother-in-law Paul Csogi; his nephews, Aden and Gabriel Csogi; and his former wife Claudia Persichilli Augustyniak. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
