She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Mary (Wargo); her husband Michael Zeyack, Jr.; her siblings, Joseph Harcar (Eleanor), Thomas Harcar (Olive), Dorothy Franko (Michael), Helen Krantz (William), Paul Harcar (Doris), Eleanor Nowacki (Henry) and Mildred Lahiere (Robert); and her in-laws, George, Bertha, Thomas, John, Albert Zeyack (Awatif) and Martha Opielski.

She is survived by: her in-laws, Bernice Terwilliger (William) and Irene Chumar; and also, Don and Shirley Hoffman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
