He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. and Mary E. Miller (Purcell); his spouse A. Lorraine Miller; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, William (Butch), Thomas Miller, Madeline Neagley, Mercy Donoher and Patricia Cashel; and his children, Kathleen (Mark Descoteau), Maureen Miller (Robert Pearl) and James C Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
