Burk, Jr.; his stepchildren, Sandy DiBerardino (Denise), Steven Gilardi and Anthony Gilardi; his grandson Leo; his sister Heather Leigh Burk (Harry J. Ratcliffe); and his mother-in-law Bernice Liens. He is also survived by several siblings-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
