She was predeceased by: her spouse Lexton Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lexton Smith (Zaundra), Cheryl Andino (Rafael), Steven Smith (Tracey), Jeffrey Smith (Jean), Jason Smith (Deborah) and Sheila Smith (Hayes); her grandchildren, Deleon, Rafael Jr., Rodney, Quiana, Kenneth, Ryan, Brandon, Erica, Noah, Lexton, Jeffrey, Ni-Cole, Theodore, Sabrina, Steven, Paige, Jason, Chervonne, Sheila, Shaleis and Wayne; and her siblings, Evelyn Feaster, Jackie Fernandes-DeMari, Judy Fernandes and Earl Graham Chase. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
