He is survived by: his wife Christine Albetta Crisafulli; his children, Mackenzie Kinnevy and AJ Crisafulli; his mother Angela Crisafulli; his sister Mattia Ruggeri (Frank); his parents-in-law, Antoinette Albetta and Victor Albetta (Kim Albetta); and his siblings-in-law, Denine Latz (Wade), Betsy D'Giovani (Josh), Shelly Albetta and Thomas Albetta (Danielle).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
