He is survived by : his children, Troy Smith of Laurence Harbor, William C Smith III (Kelly) of St. Augustine , FL , Tracy Smith (Sheri) of Keansburg, NJ and Jason Smith (Jesenia) of Laurence Harbor, NJ; his grandchildren, Tyler, Olivia, Kaitlyn, Troy, Erin, Jada, William "Liam" C. Smith IV, Nada, Maliya, Colby, Nicole, Irelynn, Isabella, Teagan, Tristian, Jason Jr., Trinity, Keira, Kaleb, Shane, Xander, Chloe, Connor and Mckayla; his great grandchildren, Troy Jr. (Kandice Ellis) and Olivia (Jonathan Apolinairis); his sister Elizabeth Paez (Carlos Paez) of Dana Point; his nieces and nephews, Alan Paez (Laura) of Alexandria, Virginia, Jaqueline Bartolotta (Michael) and Arline Loux of Laguna Niguel, CA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah, Anna, Evan, Julianne, Diana, Caroline, Michelle, Isabella, Sophia and Kevin.
A private memorial will take place on June 2, 2020 at 6:00 p. m. at Growney Funeral Home in Hillside, New Jersey, due to COVID-19.
