He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Josephine Foster (Wilt). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Aleksiak; his children, Robert A. Foster, III (Melissa McNamee), Jeffrey T. Foster and Sandra H. Foster-Graham (Jim); and his grandchildren, Justin, Joseph, James and Mackenzy. He is also survived by one brother and seven sisters.
