She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Volkert Sr.; her brother Ronald Nadeau; and her daughter-in-law Marilu. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jr. (Gina) of Port St, Judy Bellaran (Scott Maloney) of Manasquan and Michael of Laurence Harbor; her grandchildren, Shelby, Jared Bellaran, Mikey Volkert and David Kish; and her brother Maurice Nadeau of East Brunswick.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Day Funeral Home (361 Maple Pl, Keyport, NJ 07735). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence RC Church (109 Laurence Pkwy, South Amboy, NJ 08879). An entombment was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens (US-1 North, Iselin, NJ 08830).
