He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Penley and Mary "Mae" Penley (Royal); his son Jospeh Penley; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Penley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Penley (Weeks); his children, Patricia Ann Goldshteyn (Peter), Ann Marie Anderson (Scott) and Henry Mark Penley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Gregory Goldshteyn (Hayley), Sarah Goldshteyn, Zachary Penley and Jacob Penley; and his brothers, Raymond Penley and George Penley (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
