He is survived by: his wife Ann Spiecker; his children, Frank Jr. of Ringoes, Richard of Sayreville, Tina Regina (John) of Watchung, Tammy Downing (Steven) and Georgette Alvarado Spiecker of Laurence Harbor; and his grandchildren, Frank, Sarah, Taylor, Christopher, Johnny and Anthony.
