It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen DeLancey of Laurel Lake, New Jersey, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Karen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Karen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Blizzard and Patricia Granruth Blizzard; her husband Sherman DeLancey; her brother Allen Blizzard; and her granddaughter Angel Espi Blizzard.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Blizzard; her sisters, Becky Blizzard and Barbara Blizzard; and her grandchildren, Isabella Dakin and Ausitn Espi.
