She was predeceased by: her father Alfred A. Hofmann; her son Drew Gonnella; and her grandparents, Leon, Ruth VanAlstine, Adolf and Rose Hofmann.
She is survived by: her mother Patricia Hofmann; her daughter Paige (Ian); her grandson Jaxson Miciek; her son Cole Gonnella; her siblings, Linda Hofmann (Keith Wiegand), Karen (Ray Morlock) and Alfred L. Hofmann; her nephews, Ryan, Tyler and Brent Hofmann; her niece Kandis (Matthew Mroz); her great-nieces, Crystal, Julia and Constance; her great-nephew Matthew; and her close friend Rick Schoepher.
