She was predeceased by: her brother John Jr.; and also O'Connell Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Carlo; her grandchildren, James Cristian Sandahl and Kayva Carmella Spada; and also, Cristian, Kayti, Brian (Steffani), Tracy and James.
