He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Fastow (Sullivan); his brother Robert J. Fastow; and his father Charles. He is survived by: his son Robert P.; his daughter-in-law Melissa Fastow; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Elizabeth and Kailee. He is also survived by many cousins, neices and nephews.
