She was predeceased by: her parents, Elio Scarpa and Patricia Scarpa; and her sister Debra Stark. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa German of Bricktown, N. J. and Andrew German of Barnegat, N. J.; and her siblings, Patricia Vangelakos of Jersey City, N. J., Kevin Bugasch of Oviedo and Elio Scarpa (Nicole) of Toms River, N. J.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
