He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Motter and Frances Motter. He is survived by: his wife Angela Motter; his stepchildren, Francis R. Motter Jr., William J. Motter, Frances Salvatore and Cherie Figueroa (Jerry); his grandchildren, Natalia Smith (Jonah Middleton), James Smith, Asiya Concepcion, Efrain Dejesus, Michael Starn and Justin Mainero; and his great grandchildren, Carlina Starn and GiGi Starn.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home (2755 S Lincoln Ave, Vineland, NJ 08361). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
