With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol E. Provenzano of Landisville, New Jersey, born in Elmer, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Perry and Myrtle Perry; her husband Thomas Provenzano; her son Thomas Provenzano; and her pet Lucky.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Provenzano (Lynn), Kimberly Provenzano (Craig) and Brian Provenzano; and her grandchildren, Rachael and Vaun Provenzano. She is also survived by brothers, sisters and many nephews and nieces.
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter in Vineland, NJ.
