He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W., Jr. and Ruth (Anderberg). He is survived by: his brother Todd; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Mark, Jessica, Jessa and Matthew. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
