He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Wiard (Keefer); his parents, Marcelle Wiard (Hardy) and Jack Wiard; and his siblings, Marcelle and John.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Wiard (Cindy) of Lake Hopatcong, Michael Wiard (Diane) of Sparta and Jeanne Marra (Christopher) of Oak Ridge; his sister LaVerne Shemet; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mekeel and Barbara Keefer; his grandchildren, Paul, Jack, Sarah and Heather; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, any donations can be made in Jack's name to the ASPCA or the Disabled American Veterans Foundation.
