Hazel Kadimik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2022, at the age of 94, Hazel Kadimik (Landing, New Jersey), born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Blanche Peery Ward and Richard Ward; her caregiver Corps; her significant other John Kadimik; her caregiver Hazel; her children, Candace A. Kadimik of Pittsfield, VT and John P. Kadimik II (J. Kimberly) of Hopatcong, NJ; and her grandchildren, Natashia, John P. Kadimik III, Alexander and Megan Ruiter.
