He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Brown and Margory Black Brown; his brother John Brown; and his son Jon "Jac" Brown. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Hartpence Brown; his son Mark Brown (Amanda); his sisters, Joyce Benson and Florence Lose (Todd); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Hailey and Parker.
