He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace G. Prall and Inez Post Prall; his brother Horace G., Jr.; and his son-in-law David McCloughan, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother John S. Prall; his wife Joan Worthington Prall; his daughters, Mary Lisa McCloughan of Lambertville and Jennifer Fleming (Brion) of Frenchtown; his grandchildren, David Jr., Caitlyn, Thomas McCloughan, Zachary and Kylie Fleming; his great grandchild Jaxson McCloughan; and his sister-in-law Barbara Prall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
